Exothermic and Insulating Sleeves

Brown cardboard made Exothermic and Insulating Sleeves are suitable for foundry application purpose. Available in standard diameter range, these insulated sleeves are required for feeding of steel, gray iron and SG iron castings with high modulus level. Special design of these sleeves enables these to maintain precise control of liquid based metal and helps to maintain thermal insulation layer so that generated heat during metal casting can remain for specific period.  Round in appearance, these insulation sleeves have excellent compressive and tensile strength.
